What’s your return policy?

We have no return policy because our work for you is custom made and our print is permanent (we can't un-do anything) and so we rather you NOT buy from us if you are nervous about that. We do have a guarantee that our images on your mugs or other porcelain doesn't fade and is not scratched off. The printed mug will only wear like all mugs do, over time. (and that is usually a long time) Nobody has the durability in their printed mug or photo dishware like we do.


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere and mostly by UPS and if it has to go to a PO box then by Post/Mail on approved customers.


Do you have customer service?

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere and mostly by UPS and if it has to go to a PO box then by Post/Mail on approved customers. Note when we do ship overseas (outside North America) we often have to make a wooden crate (there is a cost for that, depending on size) and then we ship.


Do you print full color/colour?

Yes! Not like screen printers that only print 4 color print or "spot color" we print ALL the colors/colours full color digital printing. Just like a photograph. And high resolution too!


Do you have a minimum order?

No! We print one mug or thousands. Want a mug for a friend? Or have a business and want a thousand mugs but need a prototype first, we do it!  No minimum order.


Do you drop ship?

Only a little, we rather you purchase what you need from us and ship to your customers direct.  Saying all that under special arrangements we have drop-shipped but its not often.


Is your print dishwasher and microwave safe?

Absolutely!  Even commercial dishwasher safe, like restaurants have and we sell printed dishware and mugs to catering companies, hotels and restaurants.  The only thing we tell you NOT to do, is if you have us print on gold or platinum mugs or cups and saucers or dishware, because they are NOT to be used in dishwashers because you will wash away all your gold or platinum down the drain.  Not to use the metallic in your microwave either, it can cause trouble or shorting.  Saying all that its NOT our print that is a concern but the gold banding is for sure.


Do you print on various mugs or only one type like other mug printers do?

We print on many mugs and we print all over them, here are some of them https://printinmugs.com/list-of-available-mugs/      We have more mugs you can look at if you want to purchase in larger or volume orders. But for a few mugs the list here works fine.


What places do you print on a mug?

Usually the outside whether we can "wrap" the image or not, also the handle and often the under-side of the handle. As well as the outside bottom and INside bottom (most expensive print area) and then the INside wall we print on as well.  Printing and placing text and photo's inside mugs and inside cups and saucers too.


What is your turn-around time?

For a few mugs like 1 to 50 usually 2 weeks, larger orders many weeks. We have a rush service as well and its faster, but its 30% additional cost.


Do you print only mugs or on other things too?

We are "Porcelain & Ceramic" Printers, meaning we print on all kinds, really most kinds of white porcelain or ceramic with a glaze.  For example tiles both wall and floor and outdoor www.PicturedTile.com is our site, and dishware like plates, platters and printed bowls www.PhotoPlates.net these are our main ones but also swimming pool tiles and memorial tiles and dog bowls see the rest through our corporate site www.ParisGroup.ca  and you can link to everything else.
