What’s your return policy?

Because every mug is custom-made and kiln-fired permanently into the porcelain, we do not offer returns.
However, we review every order before production to ensure your design, layout, and print areas are correct.
Our printing is designed for long-term durability and will not fade or peel under normal use.

How do you package and ship?

We ship across Canada, the USA, and internationally. Most shipments go by UPS, and for PO boxes we use Post/Mail where required.

All orders are carefully packaged and double-boxed. For overseas shipments, we may reinforce with thicker materials or crating when needed to ensure your printed mugs and dishware arrive safely.

More Questions About Custom Mug Printing

Do you print full color?

Yes — we print full-color, high-resolution images, similar to photographic quality. This is not limited spot-color printing.

Do you have a minimum order?

No — we print one mug or thousands. Whether you need a single custom gift or a large production run, we can handle both.

Many customers start with just one to test their design before ordering more.

Do you drop ship?

In most cases, customers prefer to receive their order and distribute it themselves.
However, drop shipping may be available under special arrangements.

Is your printing dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes — our printing is kiln-fired into the porcelain and is dishwasher and microwave safe, including commercial dishwashers.

The only exception is items with gold or platinum finishes, which should not be placed in dishwashers or microwaves due to the metallic elements.

Do you print on different types of mugs?

Yes — we print on a wide variety of mugs and styles. You can view available options here:
View Available Mug Styles.

Where can you print on a mug?

We print on the outside wrap, handle, underside of the handle, outside bottom, inside bottom, and inside wall — allowing for full-surface customization.

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround times vary depending on order size and time of year.
Smaller orders can be completed in about 2 weeks, while larger orders may take several weeks.

Rush and super-rush options are available for faster production.

Do you print only mugs?

No — we specialize in porcelain and ceramic printing, including tiles, plates, platters, bowls, and more.
